            1 ripe banana

            2 tbs. of peanut or almond butter
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            1 tsp of vanilla flavoring
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;

            1 packet of Parker's Plant-Based Quad Protein Smoothie - Pumpkin Spice flavor

            A sprinkle of cinnamon
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
