Parker's Returns, Exchanges and Shipping Policies

RETURNS

We accept returns for items in their original unopened condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your purchase. You will need an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.


Please email info@parkersplantbased.com to request a refund and we will provide the RMA Number.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the RMA Number and your original receipt.

 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Items cannot be returned if they are opened. Opened canisters will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless there is a stated defect verified upon the return of the product.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this may be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

 

EXCHANGES

If your item is unopened, you may exchange your item for a different item of equal value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

 

SHIPPING POLICY


Turnaround

Orders received before 2pm EST will be processed the same day and will ship within 24 hours.  Orders received after 2pm EST will ship between 24-48 hours.  Orders process Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.  Orders will ship Fedex 2 day anywhere in the continental USA.  International shipping will take longer.


Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.


Shipping Rates

There is no charge for Fedex 2 day shipping in the continental USA. We do offer shipping outside the continental USA. The rate charged for the shipping of these types of orders is based on a flat estimate of the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
